Q. How to check shipping fee?

To check:

1. Click “Add to cart” button on the all products you wish to purchase.

2. Click “Shopping Cart” after you have done adding all the products to cart. Scroll down, click on “Estimate Shipping & Taxes”

3. Insert your region/ state and then click “Get Quotes”

*Please note that shipping fee is charged according to the total weight of your  items in your Shopping Cart and location (East/ West Malaysia)

4. Proceed to “Checkout” for ordering or continue shopping if you wish to check on more products.

Q. How to order?

To order:

1. Click “Add to cart” button on the all products you wish to purchase.

2. Click “Shopping Cart” after you have done adding all the products to cart. Scroll down and click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.

3. Login using your registered email address (in small capital letters) and password if you are a return customer. ”Register Account” if you are a new customer.

4. Confirm your Delivery Address by clicking the “continue” button. You may modify your delivery address if necessary.

5. Select your preferred courier service if necessary, then “continue”.

6. Select your preferred method of payment :

• Credit Card & Online Payment(Maybank2u, CIMBClicks, PBeBank, RHB Online, HL Online, Bank Islam)
• Paypal (If you have a Paypal account)
• Bank Transfer (System will inform about banking details after you’ve confirmed your order)

7. Agree to the Terms & Conditions in order to continue with the ordering process. Note: It is very important that you read, understand and accept the Terms & Conditions before clicking “agree”.

8. Last but not least, double check on the item/ color/ size and quantity ordered before clicking “Confirm Order”

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

• Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
2. Click Submit.
3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
- Yes, only if the order is still on pending status within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged by the credit card company which is non-refundable.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at sales@deltacsgear.com with the message title “Request to cancel order ID xxx” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be canceled.

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your order(s) within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged by the credit card company which is non-refundable.

If you’ve decide to cancel your orders twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and processing, we shall deduct a minimum of 18% from your payment as administrative fees in addition to the transaction fees charged by the credit card company. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to you.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysia Ringgit and US dolar

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

We shall endeavor to deliver your order within 1- 7 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specify. You should be able to receive your order within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) after shipment date.

Delivery Cut Off Time  :

• Monday to Friday: 3pm
• Any payment made and acknowledged before 3pm, we will start processing your order and the same day. Otherwise will be processed on the next upcoming working day.
